In the late 1970’s Citicorp began its expansion into global banking, and engaged architect Hugh Stubbins to design its international headquarters. Renowned structural engineer William LeMessurier (pronounced LeMeasure) was engaged by Stubbins to provide the structural design for a 55 story tower in Manhattan.  Continue reading the March 2022 Building Blocks.
